Gift shops, souvenir shops, distributors, wholesalers, and on-line stores. You do not have to be a brick and mortar business to purchase from us as long as you fill out our reseller application and provide a copy of your Resale Certificate.
Yes, there is a minimum purchase requirement of $75.00 for the first order. After the first order and establishing a business relationship with us, minimum purchase requirements can be reduced or waived. We are a small business and will work with you.
We accept most Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Company Checks, Money Orders, and in some instances Cash. At the moment, all orders must be prepaid at time of placement. Terms could be extended in the future.
We ship whichever way our customers prefer. Our default method of shipping is usually the most economical for our customers. Some orders may carry a special handling charge depending on the items being shipped. The customer will always be informed of shipping and handling charges. There can be circumstances where we will absorb shipping and handling charges, but that is dependent on the size of the order, the items being shipped, and the location being shipped to.
Defective products or products that break through no fault of our customers, are fully refundable or exchanged. We may asked to have the item or items returned to us at customer's expense for a credit or exchange, but that is dependent on the item and the established relationship we have with the customer.
If you are not happy with our products, call us. We will be more than happy to speak with you and make things right. We try to be as flexible as we can with all of our customers.
All of our products are labeled. Some souvenirs, because of dimensional constraints, cannot be name dropped. However, where possible, we can label, print, or heat brand the souvenirs with city, state and/or specific location name on the back of the item.
